7-day checking, replacement and return policy

At Babeilu, your satisfaction matters. You have 7 days (168 hours) from delivery to check your product for any issues. If you find a problem, contact us at babeilushop@gmail.com. We will verify your claim and arrange a replacement or return.

Damaged items

Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Keep the damaged item and its packaging. Do not discard either.
Take clear photographs of the damaged product and email them to us with your order details.
If damage is not reported within 24 hours, we may be unable to file a claim with the courier and cannot accept responsibility for the shipping damage.
If your item arrives with damaged fabric or other damage and you report it within 24 hours, we will verify the issue and provide a replacement at no additional charge.
If you prefer to return a damaged item, the 7-day return process applies.

Refunds

If you request a refund, we will issue it after we receive the returned item. Refunds are made through JazzCash, Easypaisa or a bank account.

How to request a return, exchange or refund

Email babeilushop@gmail.com with your order number, product name, reason for the request and photographs of any damage. We will review your claim and provide instructions for the return or replacement.
